Rigging Fittings
Rope Thimbles
Rope thimbles are a standard today in low movement high load application in Running Rigging.
We manufacture as standard 20mm 25mm 32mm Aluminium Thimbles, if you require specific custom thimbles out of any material contact us for more information.
Highfield Levers
Our highfield levers are built on our proven design, and are used in a varity of applications, from inner forstay's through to quick and simple methods for lowering masts where over head clearance issues arise such as bridges like in WA.
We manufacture levers for 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" Pins from 316 Grade Stainless Steel.
Mast Stairs
Ever popular, white painted, or plain aluminium. The pressed feet on these stairs sets them apart, providing a wider contact area which is curved to match the mast profile, so that they fit snugly and securely to the mast.
The closed design makes for secure footholds and handholds when you're climbing the mast and the fastenings are placed further apart due to the foot design to give you added strength and security. Set 450 mm apart, the stairs can be easily reached without overstretching yourself and risking a fall.
Securely fasten by four monel pop rivets or metalthreads (don't use self tapping screws as the sharp ends inside the mast will ruin your halyards).
These stairs make a convenient and simple method of going aloft when required. Danger: Aluminium pop rivets are unsuitable for attaching these or any mast stairs.
Tangs & Links
We manufacture traditional Tangs, Single and Double for easy fitting to your mast, to suit wire from 3/16 or 5mm through to 1/2" or 12mm. They are laser cut and polished for a classic look.
Sprung Solid Vangs
Our soild vangs are durable and tough with stainless spring and simple pin adjustment, meaning no mechanical seals or gas struts to fail when the going gets tough.
Extendable Spinnaker Poles
These poles are great for the problem of stowage on deck. They can be extended for use as a spinnaker pole and then extended further for poling out your headsail.
Wire and Fittings
We use only top quality Korean Wire and Ronstan fittings, we stock wire from 5/64" or 2mm through to 1/2" or 12.5mm in 1x 19 lay, 5/64" or 2mm through 3/16" or 5mm in 7x 19 lay and Dyform or Hamma strand to order, we can swage on site to 1/2" wire with one of our two presses and rod rigging can be arranged.
Rope
Rope sometimes is not rope! We use only FSE Robline Globe Dynnema, Liros Pure Dyneema and IRB Double Braids.
Sheaves
We make our standard sheaves from Eyrtalyte and high quality engineering plastic in standard 50mm, 60mm, and 80mm diameters, we can custom make in any material with Eyrtalyte outers and alloy centres or any solution you require.

We supply Ronstan, Harken, Spinlock, LW Riley/Performance,Lewmar,RWB,Bridco.
