The REEFIT headsail furling kit consists of one foil pack and drum kit. This allows the system to suit a wide range of existing stays. The basic requirement is for a threaded stud at the bottom end of the stay which is usually a part of your existing rigging screw. This fits into the integral turnbuckle inside the furler.

If you intend to install REEFIT on a new forestay wire you will not require a complete rigging screw as one is built into your system, simply fit a swaged stud. We recommend a new forestay if the existing one is more than 6 years old, for your own peace of mind.
